Evolution Reiki
Your healing
You are the ultimate healer. Reiki sessions typically last an hour, where you are lying down comfortably, fully clothed. Energy is transferred to the client through the practitioner's hands, whether you are in person or in the comfort of your own home. The energy is intelligent and goes where it needs to go. The practitioner moves through a sequence of hand positions from the head to the feet, focusing on the 7 main chakras (energy centers) of your body. Clients often experience temperatures differences, extreme relaxation, peaceful moments or fall asleep during a session.
Meet Our Reiki Master
Monica has been practicing and teaching Reiki for the past 13 years on the East coast of the United States. She is located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
What We Do
Reiki (pronounced 'ray-key' is a gentle hands-on energy balancing technique, which helps facilitate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. It is a wonderful relaxing method to add to your health regimen, and works well as part of an integrative wellness program. Reiki is known to deal with energy blockages that may affect your immune system, reducing stress, blood pressure, helping with sleep and much more.
Reiki sessions can take place in person or at a distance.
